Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 7days from the date of received.
The product must be in the exact same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Due to hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Face masks
- Creams, lotions, or liquids that are not sealed
- Opened individual product boxes
- Unsealed or unpackaged food items
- Diagnostic items, including all types of test strips
Returns process:
To initiate a return, please send a request to thewildpapa@gmail.com to obtain approval.
Once approved, you will receive a return address.
Postage for returns or exchanges is to be borne by the customer.
The returned item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Attach the return consignment note provided by the company. Do not discard any packaging materials.
Returns may take up to 10-15 business days, excluding shipping time, while stocks last.
Please note that if the requested exchange product is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer an alternative size/colour if available.
Return shipment:
The customer is responsible for ensuring the return shipment reaches Wild Ribhik Sdn Bhd office.
Please track the return shipment and retain proof of delivery to our office.
Wild Ribhik Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any lost return shipments without tracking or proof of delivery.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are available only for a different size or colour of the same style.
Exchanging for a different product is not allowed.
Ensure that all packaging materials are returned in the same condition as received.
Refunds:
Refunds are typically issued via your original payment method.
The refund process may take up to 15 business days from the time we receive your return.
International shipping refunds are only applicable via the original credit card used for the purchase; bank transfer is not applicable.
