Malaysia Delivery Policies:
Wild Ribhik Sdn Bhd is committed to delivering products of acceptable quality to the delivery address specified by the customer. While we strive to provide timely delivery, please note that we cannot guarantee a firm delivery time. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery services caused by factors beyond our control.
Delivery within Malaysia:
Your order will be delivered to you through a courier service company selected by us.
Currently, we offer delivery services within Malaysia only.
For orders placed before 12 noon, please allow four (4) working days for delivery to Peninsular Malaysia and ten (10) working days for delivery to East Malaysia, including Labuan. Exceptions to these timelines will be communicated by our team.
In case delivery is not possible to certain locations, we may contact you to arrange an alternative address for delivery.
Delivery charges will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. Charges are applied per delivery location.

No delivery services shall be available on Sunday & public holidays.
Wild Ribhik reserves the right to withhold delivery of the Products to the Customer if it has any doubts whatsoever as to the Customer’s credit worthiness or insufficient identification.

Customs regulations in certain countries may require you to provide identification (ID) for customs clearance. Wild Ribhik Sdn Bhd securely stores the ID information to transmit it to the carrier and Customs officials, ensuring smooth customs clearance without additional delays.
Important Information for Overseas Deliveries:
- The ID information you provide is linked to the delivery address.
- The name on the shipping address must match the name on the provided ID information.
- If you are shipping to someone else, please provide the recipient’s ID information.
- You can edit the ID information linked to a delivery address on our website.
- To remove the ID information from your account, visit thewildpapa.com.

Customs offices in certain countries may require the importer of record (IOR) to provide specific forms of identification before releasing a shipment.
Countries and regions that may require an ID number include Argentina, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Egypt, El Salvador, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Peru, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and Uruguay.
While we collect ID information for some countries, additional information may be required directly by the delivery carrier for customs clearance purposes.
Specific requirements apply to Taiwan and South Korea. Please refer to the respective country sections below.
Taiwan:
Taiwan customs requires real name authentication for individuals importing courier express shipments.
The recipient must register via the Taiwan Customs EZ WAY app on a mobile device for real name authentication to facilitate customs clearance.
Shipments without real name authentication and verification may not be accepted for import clearance.

South Korea:
When importing products into Korea, a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) provided by the Korea Customs Service is required for the declaration of personal items.
Customers can create or update their PCCC on the Korea Customs Service site.

Note that when ordering on thewildpapa.com, Korean customers can use their Korean or non-Korean name. If using their Korean name, it must be an exact match to the name used in their PCCC application (capitalization sensitive).
If customers use their non-Korean name for shipping into Korea, the last 4 digits of the phone number in the Customs entry must match the last 4 digits of the phone number provided in their PCCC registration.
